Looking for a Pastry person who has experience with restaurant pastry programs, some familiarity with bakery production including bread (no laminations). This position interfaces with many concepts within the group, some of which are Michelin starred. This is a great opportunity to get into multi-concept/multi-unit oversight. Please be great with communication, both written and verbal as you will be working closely with the corporate pastry chef who is in another city. This isn’t a high volume situation, it’s more high touch and admin/operations oversight than production volume.
