FUNKE restaurant in Beverly Hills is seeking a full time or part time pastry line cook for 3pm-close dinner service.
FUNKE is chef Evan Funke's namesake Italian restaurant in the heart of Beverly Hills. The entire dessert and bread program is house-made and lead by award-winning pastry chef Shannon Swindle. We are looking for cooks who are passionate about the hospitality business and Italian food. The pastry line is responsible for picking up all dolci items including gelati / sorbetti during service. The pastry station is separate from all other savory stations in the kitchen. Working this line involves a bit more a la minute cooking than typical dessert stations, as many things are fried or baked to order.
$24 / hour plus tips - full time or part time available. FUNKE is closed on Sundays. Medical, dental and vision benefits available to full time employees after 90 days of employment.
