We are looking to hire a private chef to work for a HNW individual in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
You would be cooking mostly for a very busy businessman for weekday lunches (Monday through Thursday). Oftentimes for lunch business meetings as well. Typically 1-4 people for weekday lunches.
Dinners would be just him, and his wife and child. 3 total.
Food should be healthy - 100% organic, high quality ingredients must be used. Expertise or specialty in Asian cuisines (they love Vietnamese and Japanese food) would be fantastic, but not necessary. Aside from Asian cuisines, American, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisines are his (and their) favorites.
This will ideally be a long-term position for someone that is done with the hustle of restaurant culture. Very low-key principal and family. Lunches Monday through Thursday (4 days). And dinners Monday through Friday (5 nights).
