RESPONSIBILITIES:
FOH Responsibilities:
Treat every customer as if they are your favorite customer
With great customer service skills
Full knowledge of our menu
Handle POS transactions and maintain a clean, inviting shop atmosphere
Maintain kitchen/FOH cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines
Manage inventory and restock ingredients as needed
Multi-tasking with a great attitude
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Great customer service skills and a friendly attitude (at least 1 year experience)
Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Are flexible to work days, nights (work until 12:30 midnight), weekends, and some holidays
Have reliable transportation to and from work
Enjoy and thrive in a team atmosphere
Have or can obtain a valid Food Handler certification
