Laurel Tavern in Studio City is actively seeking an experienced FLOOR MANAGER to work part-time/full-time starting immediately. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
FLOOR MANAGER
Possess great organization/time management skills
Loves to be on the floor and not in the office
Must have a strong personality and excellent customer service skills
Must be able to multitask gracefully under pressure
Assist floor staff in maintaining the overall cleanliness and flow of the room
Knowledge of BEER/ WINE & CRAFT COCKTAILS is a plus
Previous bartending experience is a BIG PLUS
Greet all guests with a warm smile and ensure guest satisfaction
Work directly with the GM and AGM to manage the flow of the restaurant.
Answer phones in a polite and good-natured manner.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
