This position is not an entry position.
Previous doughnut making or yeast bread experience is a required.
Will train candidates with PRIOR bread making experience on the art of doughnut making
Paid training is conducted during morning and/or overnight hours.
Work shift is an evening shift 7pm-3am Sunday and Monday and some weekends as needed.
Candidate must have 1 year minimum experience in a commercial kitchen
The position you will train you as a Doughnut Maker which is responsible for:
- Scale, mix, shape, cut, proof and fry yeast raised doughnuts
- Scale, mix, drop and fry cake doughnuts
- Ice/glaze/fill doughnuts according to recipe
- Prepares doughnuts, croissants, glazes, fillings, muffins, and other baked goods according to recipe
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
