Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Dining Room Manager at Killer Shrimp in Marina del Rey, CA. The Dining Room Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage customer service, ensure food and beverage quality, provide staff training, and coordinate cooking activities.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Food & Beverage skills
Experience in Food Service and Training
Ability to manage cooking activities and kitchen operations
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
Previous experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation: up to $70,000 annually, depending on experience
