Sister restaurant to the original locations, Thanh Long (1971) and Crustacean Beverly Hills (1995); AnQi South Coast Plaza (2009), Titato Santa Monica (2011), AnQi Shaken & Stirred (2020), Crustacean Beverly Hills has been a leader in the Beverly Hills restaurant scene decade after decade. We've just recently opened our first international location —Crustacean Jeddah.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Follows proper cooking recipes and techniques for all dishes.
Ensures food quality and timeliness.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Operational understanding of hospitality equipment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to work under pressure
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise
Required to work in a Kitchen for an extended time.
Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment, be ready to take on various tasks, and deal with frequently changing priorities with a high degree of optimism, and professionalism. We are looking for people who are team players and are willing to work in a collaborative environment.
