Family owned business looking for a part time cook with knowledge of the following Hispanic dishes:
rice, beans, carnitas, birria, al pastor, etc.
Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.
The ideal candidate must be able to follow all sanitation procedures and keep an orderly environment in the kitchen and ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
Pay is $18-$20/hr. depending on experience.
Work days are Wednesday Saturday and Sunday.
A valid food handlers permit is required.
Reliable transportation is a must.
