Our commissary is located in DTLA. You will be parking your car here everyday and driving our Food Trucks to a variety of locations. Our Food Trucks travel to places like Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Santa Monica, Culver City, Long Beach etc.
Looking for experienced cooks with ideally 2-3 years of restaurant/food truck experience. Must be comfortable working in a busy, high volume kitchen. We are willing to train a candidate with less experience if they are a hard worker and have a good, positive attitude.
MUST be comfortable driving a 30 foot food truck. If you are not comfortable with learning how to drive a food truck, do NOT apply.
Pay starts at $20-$21/hr PLUS GENEROUS tips and gratuity. Tips can go up to $100 for a 2 hour event. Raises are given regularly. Lots of room to grow with the company.
We do a ton of high volume runs and events in which we receive generous tips and gratuity. Our cooks receive tips just like FOH does. Yes, our cooks get tips! One of the perks for this job.
