We are a fast-paced, award winning catering company looking for a customer service representative to join our team.
The job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Talking with clients about their catering needs. This includes taking catering orders via email or phone and guiding them through our menu.
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to make sure our customers needs are well understood.
- Pack catering orders according to our customer's specific requests, making sure every detail is accounted for.
- Creating Invoices
Previous food experience is a plus, but not necessary
Must be able to work weekends!
