Tail o' the Pup is looking to add part-time cashiers to our team! Our cashiers are an integral part of the Tail o’ the Pup experience. Always greeting guests with a smile, you will engage and connect with them through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Minimum Requirements
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- 1-2 years of experience of customer service experience
- Basic math and computer skills
- Must be able to stand 8 hours
Responsibilities & Duties
- Greet guests and provide friendly & efficient service
- Maintain knowledge of all products and offerings
- Take customer orders and sell merchandise
- Handle all transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of all service/ordering areas
- Promptly communicate any issues to management in order to assist guests
- Work with teamwork in mind at all times
- Perform other related duties in order to enhance the guest experience
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
