VALERIE CONFECTIONSis a family-owned sweet shop located in Glendale. We also operate our cafe, VALERIE ECHO PARK, where we serve breakfast and lunch, as well as our pastries, chocolates, cakes, and other specialty items. Our products are also available at select retail partners, both locally and nationally.
We are currently hiring a CAFE MANAGER for our EP Cafe. The Cafe Manager is responsible, in partnership with our kitchen lead, for overseeing daily operation of our cafe, maintaining (and elevating wherever necessary) the brand standards. The Cafe Manager works closely with the owners in implementing their vision for culinary excellence and operational success.
This position is a blend of an inspiring leader and a hands-on operator who plays an active role in ensuring success in daily operations, growth planning, training, leading staff, and creating a great work environment, leading the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.
Job Requirements
Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in similar establishments, along with two years working in specialty coffee. Training/experience in HR a plus.
