Looking to Fill the Following Positions:

Front of House Cashier and Ambassador (FOH) Job Description:

As a Cashier and Ambassador at Bruxie, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in the door. You will handle customer transactions, provide information about our menu, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Be in tune with Bruxie’s culture, missions, and values every day.

Approaches guest questions and requests professionally and in a friendly manner.

Maintains a friendly, helpful, positive attitude.

Thorough knowledge of cashier duties and responsibilities.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Assisting the kitchen in fulfilling orders.

Can multitask and prioritize duties to benefit Bruxie’s service standards.

Working in a fast-paced environment.

Lifting up to 20 lbs.

Standing for long periods of time.

Collaborate with other team members in tasks to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a valid Food Handlers Card.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Must own and wear black, non-skid work shoes while working.

Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Card.

Line Cooks & Prep Cooks (BOH) Job Description:

Bruxie Line Cooks and Prep Cooks are at the heart of our operation. They have positive attitudes, are reliable, self-motivated, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will build out our menu items during service and/or prepare our recipes in the prep area.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Timely and courteous support to all Bruxie team members in adherence to our policies and procedures.

Thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, measuring tools, and BOH kitchen duties.

Thorough knowledge of all ingredients, portion sizes, and cooking times for all our food items.

Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Adhering to company, state, and local service and sanitation standards.

Maintaining a friendly, helpful, and positive attitude.

Assisting all other team members as needed in their tasks.

Labeling and rotating products daily within the BOH area.

Working in a fast-paced environment.

Multitasking in different roles.

Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed, including maintaining a valid Food Handlers Card.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Follow a recipe using standard recipe-building tools in specific order to create Bruxie’s food items.

Mobility and manual dexterity; lifting and transporting food containers weighing up to 30 pounds to and from the kitchen on an hourly basis.

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a semi-regular basis and perform other diverse physical tasks as needed.

Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal directions.

Ability to reach, bend, and stoop to keep the kitchen clean and stocked; plus, the ability to stand up to 8 hours a day.

Ability to communicate openly with the team and management daily.

Ability to learn and follow all standard operating procedures.

Exposure to wet floors, noise, and extreme temperatures.

Be in tune with Bruxie’s culture, missions, and values every day.

Must own and wear black, non-skid work shoes while working.

Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Card.
