Looking for a motivated and experienced baker to join our sourdough team. Must have experience working with various doughs including high hydration doughs, have reliable transportation, willing to work early morning hours (graveyard shift, if needed), and have weekend availability. We do not work past 2:30PM.
We are willing to train the right candidate, given some food industry experience.
Duties includeshaping dough, baking, prepping ingredients, dishes, etc. We are a small team and duties are flexible and may extend beyond baker duties, as need arises. Culture fit is important—candidate must work well within a team.
Position will begin at 20-25hrs/per week with room to grow to full time (40) as we grow. Invitation for a brief 1 hour stage is a requirement to test skill and/or ability to learn quickly.
