Baker – Night Shift – Full Time – $20/hour @ CHAUMONT (Los Angeles)
Location: 6029 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles, CA
Hours: 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, 5 days per week (night shift only)
Pay: $20 per hour

We are looking for a night shift baker to join our team at Chaumont Commissary. You will help make French pastries like croissants and chocolate croissants for our customers.
Main Tasks:
- Prepare croissants and similar items using proofing machines.
- Bake pastries in convection and rotating ovens.
- Make sure all pastries look and taste great.
- Follow recipes exactly.
- Keep a clean and safe work area.
- Work with a small team of 5–6 people to finish nightly baking.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of bakery experience (French pastry experience is a plus).
- Able to work well with others.
- ServSafe food safety certificate required.
