VALERIE CONFECTIONS is a family-owned sweet shop located in Glendale. We also operate our cafe, VALERIE ECHO PARK, where we serve breakfast and lunch, as well as our pastries, chocolates, cakes, and other specialty items. Our products are also available at select retail partners, both locally and nationally. We are currently interviewing for our open positions, which include:
KITCHEN MANAGER
ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGER
PACKAGING ASSOCIATE
CHOCOLATIER
ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGER candidates must have three years experience in bakery or dessert production (working in restaurant/hotel, eg). Must be passionate and knowledgeable about the profession, with a desire to learn and grow in the field. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cake baking and finishing, as well as all aspects of pastry production, with proficiency in ordering, inventory, etc. Experience with chocolate a plus, attention to detail is essential. FULL TIME.
