UX Strategy & ExecutionLead the development and execution of user experience strategies aligned with business goals and customer expectations.Identify and address key friction points in navigation, layout, and checkout flow through user research, heatmaps, and analytics.Collaborate closely with design, development, and marketing teams to deliver consistent, on-brand, and conversion-focused UX enhancements.Stay ahead of emerging UX/UI trends and tools, integrating best practices to ensure Teleflora remains a leader in digital experience.User-Centered Design & TestingDevelop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate concepts and drive alignment with cross-functional teams.Partner with the creative team to translate customer insights into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs.Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to validate design decisions, improve usability, and optimize site interactions.Capture and integrate Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, usability testing, and survey data into UX improvement plans.Data-Driven OptimizationUse behavioral analytics, customer feedback, and session data to understand user intent and inform UX strategies.Work with the Analytics team to define KPIs, track performance metrics (e.g., bounce rate, time on site, conversion rates), and create dashboards to measure UX impact.Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve conversion, engagement, and satisfaction.Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as a key stakeholder and UX advocate in cross-functional meetings and planning sessions.Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive execution of site enhancements and campaigns.Align UX goals with eCommerce and brand initiatives to ensure a unified digital presence.Key ObjectivesDeliver a streamlined and intuitive user experience that drives measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.Create and maintain a customer-first, data-informed UX culture focused on innovation and experimentation.Support product merchandising teams by ensuring that the digital presentation of products is aligned with UX standards and usability principles (secondary responsibility).
