This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of California Hospital Medical Center. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support California Hospital Medical Center strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement process and activities.QualificationsMinimum
High School Diploma/GED
Enrollment in an accredited board certified registered nursing program working towards obtaining direct patient clinical experience
BLS - Basic Life Support
Fire Safety within 90 days of hire
Preferred
Completion of at least three semesters of RN program (without RN license). Must commit to at least 12 months of employment
