One of the largest tech companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring multiple Sourcers to join the Infrastructure team to assist with building out data centers. We are seeking Tech Sourcers who have 2-3+ years of experience. Role will be 100% remote, can reside anywhere within the U.S. About the role:100% remote, can support any time zone within the U.S Compensation: $40/hr absolute max6 month contract to start off Description:A Sourcing Recruiter's responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:
Timely delivery of qualified candidates for straightforward sourcing campaigns based on client-team hiring criteria and goals.
Use internal and/or external sourcing tools mechanisms and search logic to generate and engage candidate populations ensuring high-quality hiring and a positive candidate experience.
Leverage gained knowledge to execute prescreens which confirm candidate motivation compensation expectations skill level availability and are able to explain the interview process while adhering to pre-closing and pipeline requirements.
Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication. Able to transform raw thoughts into clear documentation e.g. candidate engagement intake interview debrief notes etc
Deliver the right information about a candidate to the right audience at the right time e.g. status reports etc
Escalate appropriately distinguishing between important and urgent.
Mostly focused on data center sourcing (engineers, HVAC, facilities & operations).
Must be very strong/comfortable making calls, not emailing.
Expected to have phone contact with 3-5 candidates per day to prep for a minimum of 15 screened applicants per week.
Available to attend daily sourcing sessions (6-7 sessions per week)
Qualifications:
Prior experience in high-volume technical sourcing (must be seen in resume). Not necessarily looking for a full lifecycle recruiter, must have been in a Sourcing role
Looking for 2+ years of sourcing experience
Tech background preferred
