Description We are in the search for a skilled Senior Auditor to join our team in the Professional Services industry, located in Los Angeles, California. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. In this role, you will primarily focus on IT auditing within the financial services sector, providing support to our clients. Your responsibilities will also encompass areas such as liquidity, funding audits, and capital experience.Responsibilities: Conduct IT audits in accordance with ITGC and IT SOX standards. Provide IT audit support for various clients within the financial services industry. Work on SOC-1 related audits and ensure compliance with established standards. Conduct audits related to liquidity and funding to ensure financial stability. Evaluate capital experiences and provide necessary recommendations. Utilize IT Audit skills to successfully evaluate IT application controls Monitor and review financial records for accuracy and compliance with regulations. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements in financial systems and controls. Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall organizational goals. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance and competitiveness.Requirements Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Carry a valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CISA or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) credentials Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably within the professional services industry Possess extensive experience in IT audit Demonstrate proficiency in using auditing software and tools Exhibit strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures Have excellent analytical skills for understanding and interpreting financial data Show strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing and presenting audit reports Possess strong interpersonal skills for interacting with auditees and managing audit teamsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
