- Bachelor's/Master’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 15+ years of experience in SAP Technical areas
- 12+ years of relevant experience in driving complex SAP Transformation programs
- End to end S/4 implementation program experience
- Experience in advisory role to business on IT strategies
- Experience in system architecture for complex SAP landscapes
- Demonstrate Technology thought leadership & drive decision making
- Possess deep SAP Technology knowledge in ABAP, newer technologies Fiori, Integrations, analytics, SAP Cloud platform
- Experience on decouple development, SAP BTP, Integration Technologies, Data lake,
- Experience in S/4 Migration (Brownfield Implementation projects) and S/4 Bluefield/hybrid implementation using SNP/SAP SLO
- Work with a diverse team spread across globally
- Able to analyze business requirements, conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, perform necessary SAP configurations, write detail functional/technical roadmap strategies, implementing the automated solution, guide/able to manage Key technical and functional leads in the program
- Natural talent in the art of people management including team building and driving grounds-up innovation.
- Experience in the area of proposal management, pre-sales and driving a sales pitch.
- Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills combined with the talent to quickly grasp new tasks.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
- Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day
