Description Digital Product ManagerThe Digital Product Manager will lead the management of a customer-facing platform, focusing on delivering seamless and intuitive digital experiences. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a passion for optimizing digital experiences using analytics, user research, and A/B testing.Key Responsibilities:
Platform Ownership: Ensure optimal performance and user experience of the platform, initiating updates or improvements as needed.
Guest Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive platform aligned with guest needs and brand standards.
Personalization: Implement features to enhance guest personalization and customization options.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, QA, marketing, and other departments to align the platform with broader business initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting: Track platform performance, analyze user behavior, and present insights for ongoing improvement.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
4+ years in digital product management, preferably with customer-centric platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
