Job Title: QC Document ControlJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced QC Document Control professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing documentation, reviewing SOPs, logbooks, worksheets, and assay validation plans. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with QC, QA, and Manufacturing teams.Responsibilities

Manage documentation processes

Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), logbooks, and worksheets

Develop and review assay validation plans, including PCR and SDS-Page

Collaborate cross-functionally with QC, QA, and Manufacturing teams

Validate assays and manage change controls

Oversee a team of 4-6 people

Provide documentation support to the QC team

Run reports and validation plans

Essential Skills

Experience in validation and documentation processes

Proficiency with assays, including PCR and SDS-Page

Strong organizational and management skills

Ability to oversee and manage a team

Bachelor's degree in a science-related field

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with cross-functional collaboration

Ability to develop and review complex documentation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Work EnvironmentYou will be working in both an office and lab setting. This role is critical as we prepare to start phase 3 of clinical trials, making it an exciting time for our manufacturing and testing teams.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
