Position Overview:As an On-call Residential Security Agent (RSA), you will play a pivotal role in our comprehensive security program, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and their assets. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining a secure environment, adhering to the family's values and code of conduct, and making decisive, real-time operational decisions to enhance safety.Some of the things you will do:
Maintain meticulous security logs, conduct residence audits, and manage visitor information to uphold stringent security protocols.
Implement rigorous access control measures for visitors, employees, and vendors, ensuring the integrity of the estate's security perimeter.
Respond promptly to security incidents, medical crises, safety concerns, and emergencies, demonstrating agility and composure in high-pressure situations.
Foster open communication with clients, family members, and team members, prioritizing discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Cultivate collaborative relationships with various stakeholders and business groups to swiftly resolve operational challenges while safeguarding the client's quality of life.
Collaborate with intelligence and investigations teams to proactively identify and mitigate potential threats, leveraging your keen observational skills and situational awareness.
Detect and report suspicious activities and security vulnerabilities, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and maintain a secure environment.
Adapt seamlessly to the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the role, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in diverse operational scenarios.
Assist in developing comprehensive travel and event procedures, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Utilize expertise in Access Control and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems to enhance security measures and optimize surveillance capabilities.
Deliver thorough travel briefings, equipping clients and personnel with essential safety information and protocols.
RequirementsSome of the things we’re looking for:
7 to 10+ years of experience in law enforcement or professional executive protection, demonstrating a commitment to security and safety.
Flexibility to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure round-the-clock security coverage.
Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED, equipped to respond effectively to medical emergencies.
Successful completion of a pre-employment background investigation, ensuring trustworthiness and reliability.
CCW permit preferred.
Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Strong critical thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities, essential for navigating complex security challenges.
Experience in developing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring operational consistency and compliance.
Familiarity with operating within a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), preferred but not mandatory.
