Experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM in at least 3 of the following areas: Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Comp, Talent, Learning, Payroll, or PRISM.
- Experience with Workday report writing, EIBs, and calculated fields
- Experience in business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and design of solutions
- Experience with designing and testing conversions, interfaces with third parties, and custom reporting
- Full System Development Life cycle experience with all aspects of application setup, testing, user training, and production support
- Experience with HR functions, processes, and compliance requirements
- 5+ years relevant and demonstrated program and project management experience. PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to interact with all levels and communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users
- Strong business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, ability to research and analyze data, and presenting solutions
- Initiative to lead and drive improvements without constant direction & supervision
