- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in development.
- Good Knowledge and hands-on experience in a Mainframe technology like DB2, Cobol, SQL, CICS, VSAM
- Financial & Revenue domain Experience
- Leadership and Project Management Skills.
- Ability to multi-tasks (multiple projects)
- Ability to work with teams and work independently
- Proficiency in the understanding of the structure and deployment of IT & business systems, experience in the cruise industry preferred.
- Detail oriented, possess solid analytical, interpersonal, documentation, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with employees, management, and users.
- Ability to meet deadlines, independently lead an implementation team, and perform in an individual or team environment.
