Lemon Law Attorney

Description We are in search of a Lemon Law (defense) Attorney to join a friendly and vibrant law firm in Los Angeles, California. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the legal industry. The selected candidate will primarily focus on various aspects of Lemon law, including discovery, law and motion. This role will also require on-site presence with some flexibility for 2-3 days remote.Responsibilities: Conduct legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Management System Draft, review, and revise legal documents and contracts Handle all aspects of discovery in preparation for litigation Engage in civil litigation processes as necessaryRequirements Must hold a valid and active license to practice law in the state of operation Proven experience in Civil Litigation and Claim Administration Demonstrable ability to draft contracts and handle documentation with precision Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Excel Familiarity with LexisNexis for legal research and case management Ability to manage case files using a Management SystemRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
