It is a dynamic team of legal professionals constantly striving to make a difference in people's lives and are seeking a motivated individual for an Intake Specialist role, with the potential for long-term growth within the legal field.Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Thoroughly and sensitively interview prospective clients, gathering necessary information to evaluate case viability.
Carefully record client intake information in a timely and accurate manner.
Understand the services we offer and articulate these services to potential clients.
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and compassionate demeanor with all potential, new, and established clients.
Adhere to all confidentiality guidelines and respect client privacy at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; further education in Law, English, or similar relevant field is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a legal setting is preferred, but not required.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to work cooperatively with diverse groups.
