Available Positions & Salaries:

Executive Chef ($80,000 - $120,000/year)

Oversee kitchen operations, menu development, and food quality.

Lead and train kitchen staff to ensure excellence in execution.

Requirements: Previous fine-dining or steakhouse experience.

Sous Chef ($60,000 - $85,000/year)

Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.

Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.

Requirements: Culinary background in upscale dining preferred.

Line Cook ($18 - $25/hour)

Prepare dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Requirements: Experience in steak and seafood preparation is a plus.

Server ($7 - $15/hour + tips, total $25 - $50/hour)

Provide fine-dining service, take orders, and recommend wine pairings.

Deliver an outstanding guest experience with attention to detail.

Requirements: Prior upscale restaurant experience preferred.

Bartender ($10 - $15/hour + tips, total $30 - $50/hour)

Craft signature cocktails and serve fine wines and spirits.

Provide excellent customer service in a high-end setting.

Requirements: Knowledge of mixology and premium liquor brands required.

Host/Hostess ($15 - $20/hour)
