Help Desk Analyst II

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Los Angeles, California. The role will focus on providing technical assistance, supporting database management, and ensuring efficient systems operation within the telecom industry. This position will require proficiency in various software and systems including Citrix Technologies, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, and Active Directory. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support to customers, diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues. Utilize Citrix technologies to manage, support, and troubleshoot network-related issues. Maintain the database by ensuring the data is accurate, available, and secure. Handle EO/IR systems effectively, understanding their operation, and troubleshooting related issues. Utilize Lotus Notes and Microsoft software for various tasks such as data management, communication, and problem-solving. Manage Active Directory services, including design, configuration, and administration. Provide Deskside Support to users, ensuring their systems are running smoothly. Maintain and troubleshoot Desktop Hardware and Mac OS X systems, ensuring optimal performance. Manage Configuration Management, ensuring system configurations are up to date and optimized. Understand and operate effectively within Windows OS, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
