Description The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting talented healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals.

Maintain an active and updated candidate database.

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals through proactive communication and follow-up.

Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Post job vacancies on various job sites, social networks, and other platforms.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to check candidates' suitability.

Coordinate and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Maintain proper and transparent communication with potential candidates, ensuring a positive experience.

Negotiate employment offers, contracts, and other work-related matters.

Collaborate with other HR personnel for efficient coordination of HR matters.

Stay updated on current job vacancies within the organization.

This role might require some traveling; therefore, willingness to travel and valid driving license would be advantageous.Requirements Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Prior experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, preferred.

Knowledge of recruitment processes and databases, job portals, and professional social networks.

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and candidate management systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated abilities in building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of labor legislation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and labor market condition.
