Description Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper/AccountantLocation: Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA), California, USACompany: Our client is a leading fashion e-commerce business, based in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, specializing in delivering trendy apparel and accessories to its customers.Position Overview:Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle accounting process, financial statement generation, and end-of-month responsibilities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in the manufacturing sector.Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.

Generate accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Perform month-end closing activities, such as journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.

Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify variances, trends, and areas for improvement.

Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.

Provide support during financial audits by preparing schedules and providing documentation as needed.

Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned.

Work Environment:This role is 100% onsite at our client's office located in Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
