Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a Financial Analyst - Entry Level in the healthcare industry. The position will be based in Los Angeles, California, and will involve working predominantly remotely, with occasional office visits. The role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities related to the supply chain and accounts payable function, with a focus on error detection and resolution in invoice processing.Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies in supply chain management Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and manipulate data for error reports Manage full lifecycle of purchase orders from initiation to payment Work on preload and V Look ups tasks to ensure data accuracy Handle any work errors promptly and efficiently Use Oracle for various financial functions and tasks Validate invoices and timecards, ensuring correct and timely processing Monitor and manage accounts payable and supply chain related reports Correct and edit reports as necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance Use Microsoft Excel and Accounts Payable (AP) skills to perform job functions effectively and efficiently Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data analysis and report generation Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes is essential for managing and processing financial information Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is necessary Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to interpret financial data Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for presenting financial reports Familiarity with financial forecasting techniques and data analysis tools is beneficial Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously High attention to detail and accuracy in all work is crucial Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve department goals Knowledge of healthcare or NHS industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
