Field Technician, Desktop Support with 4-7+ years of experience needed for Desktop Support and project work including PC Imaging, upgrades, refreshes for a contract position.
This position is a FIELD TECHNICIAN and will travel in and around the San Fernando Valley (North and West), Los Angeles area, pays $24 an hour. What you will be doing:- Various desktop support and project base work such as upgrades, desktop and laptop refresh, migrations to Windows 10- Desktop Support, break/fix support, troubleshoot, upgrade, install and support hardware and software at the Desktop level- Hardware Inventory- Assessments- Go Live Support- Can lead or oversee the Migration- Maintenance of hardware and equipment- PC Imaging What you will need:- 4-7+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Field Support- Software Installations, Refresh, Upgrades, Roll-Outs, Windows Migrations- PC Imaging using any tools such as SCCM - System Center Configuration Manager, WDS - Windows Deployment Services, USB or any other tool - Operational break/fix support- Windows 7, Windows 8 and/or Windows 10 - Active Directory- Office 365, O365- Desktop Support experience providing Tier 1, Level I support Work Ability:- Ability to lift up to approx. 40-50+ lbs, mobility will require bending, crawling in work stations, lots of walking around facilities, standing, lifting / moving devices, computers, printers, etc.Vacancy caducado!
