Facilities Maintenance Technician I

The Facilities Maintenance Technician I position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including handling abandoned goods, pest control, power washing, and assisting with shared duties. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Abandon Goods: Sorting, moving, and disposal of abandoned goods.Pest Control: Baiting, cleaning, spraying, and exclusionary work to manage pests.Power Washing: Cleaning exterior walls, doors, and drive-thru tunnels using power washing equipment.Maintenance II Shared Duties:Parking stall striping and IDs.Unit floor stain cleaning.Unit wall repairs.Door seals and lubrication.Assisting Maintenance II technicians with safety and difficult tasks.Reporting: Identifying and reporting needed repairs to ensure timely maintenance.
