Explore this opportunity with Psomas and apply today!About being our Environmental Lead/Client Service Manager in Los Angeles CountyAs the Environmental Lead/Client Service Manager at Psomas, you will be at the forefront of driving the growth and expansion of our Environmental Services group in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. Psomas is a nationally recognized ENR firm with a well-established Environmental practice. You will be part of a state-wide practice with opportunities for work and resource sharing across geographies working for clients like Disneyland, City of Los Angeles, Metropolitan Water District, Irvine Ranch Water District and Southern California Edison.Our Los Angeles and Pasadena offices boast a strong presence throughout the region, delivering a suite of services including Construction Management, Engineering, Land Surveying, and Mapping to a diverse array of public sector clients in the transportation and water wastewater markets. This extensive reach provides a unique opportunity to leverage our strong client base to drive new business growth.Responsibility Highlights for our Environmental Lead/Client Service Manager in Los Angeles CountyBusiness Development - 40%:

Collaborate with Psomas' other business leads to grow our environmental practice in Los Angeles County and surrounding area

Develop a growing and sustainable client base by using your strong network of industry professionals

Manage preparation of large and small proposal efforts

Actively participate and represent Psomas in local and regional organizations

Project Management - 60%:

Manage multi-disciplinary teams to prepare comprehensive, legally defensible CEQA/NEPA documents and ensure delivery of work products on schedule and budget

Actively collaborate with clients and provide high level of client service to ensure successful project delivery

Work with internal partners to cross sell Psomas services

Serve as Senior Project Manager providing oversight, document preparation and QA/QC

Minimum Qualifications to be our Environmental Lead/Client Service Manager in Los Angeles County

Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, land development, planning/policy, or related field or comparable training is required

Minimum of 15+ years of experience in preparing CEQA/NEPA analyses that demonstrates successful client service and a reputation for high quality delivery

A competitive salary! The expected range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000/salary depending on experience

Compensation may be adjusted for well qualified candidates

8 Paid Holidays and 3-4 Weeks of PTO (depending on experience)
