Job TitleDirector, U.S. Coin OperationsJob DescriptionThe Director, Coin Operations, Provides and manages a team providing operational support and coordination of product activities for all Coin initiatives, as well as production strategies. Responsibilities include providing expertise and guidance in product-related processes and documentation of standard procedures to ensure flawless field execution. Ensures appropriate and effective training programs are developed to support all processes within Coin to include initiative driven, new product launch, role based, and quality programs. Collaborates with all areas that interact with and effect the Coin operation’s teams to ensure review of existing, and development and implementation of national standards and initiatives in each branch operation.
