Manage, mentor, and develop the project management team, overseeing their work and performanceConstantly identify, implement and socialize the most effective processes, tools, and systems to keep the department current with world-class best practicesCollaborate with brand teams and agency leadership to create achievable and measurable project plans that include regular status reportingIdentify and pursue opportunities to foster cross-training to help build a strong foundation for teamOversee execution, workflow and resourcing of projects across all brands and business unitsActively manage and build rapport with executive clientsLead and develop comprehensive resource models and risk mitigation plans in collaboration with agency leadership and disciplines leadsAs needed, serve as program manager for high-visibility projectsActively contribute to the development of the agency's culture and standards of quality
