Description We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of tasks to assist the CEO, including scheduling and handling personal speaking engagements, liaising with publishers and PR companies, and managing the organization of conferences. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the CEO's personal speaking engagements to ensure smooth execution. Interface with publishers on behalf of the CEO, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and addressing any queries. Collaborate with PR companies to promote the CEO's public image and engagement. Oversee the organization and planning of conferences, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently. Manage the CEO's personal website, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging. Utilize your skills in calendar management to organize the CEO's schedule effectively. Maintain open lines of communication with various departments within the organization. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the CEO. Requirements Candidate must possess a minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Calendar Management is essential for this role. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills are required. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills are necessary. The ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure is required. Candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is desirable. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary. Candidate must have a proactive approach to work and the ability to anticipate needs.
