Chief Creative Officer

Description Robert Half is hiring a Chief Creative Officer to join our agency client in DTLA full-time. The role is onsite M-F. The role will be split into creative mentorship, account and lead development, and executive level design execution and delivery.Responsible for final creative for advertising products and designs. Lead creative vision. Drive brainstorms and conceptual exploration, inspire the team. Drive creative strategy in alignment and manage consistent creative output for studio. Will manage and lead day-to-day for Advertising department (coordinate responsibilities for team, ensure quality delivery, review work and execute final delivery. Recruit, hire, and mentor team. Establish big picture creative goals and implement short and long-term goals to achieve them. Work closely with partners and directors.
