growing ultrasound products sales division.Responsibilities
Achievebusiness objectives for assigned territory (for example, penetration ofaccount with product/solution/service offerings).
Mayidentify, develop and manage channel partners to achieve channel goals.
Guidesthe development and execution of strategic account plans to ensureachievement of assigned business goals.
Develops,builds and cultivates long-term relationships with key management withinthe customer organization.
Assistsmanagement in devising sales plans and strategies, may develop forecasts,budgets and operating plans for sales channels.
Maylead team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market,customer conditions, and competitive activity.
RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
BS/BAin related discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalentcombination of education and experience.
Candidateswill have 3+ years capital equipment sales experience to a hospital callpoint.
3+years experience in cardiology
8+years experience in sales role, healthcare field preferred
Professionalsales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional SellingSkills, Miller-Heiman, etc.
Musthave experience working with sales quotas, forecasting
Successfultrack record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
PreferredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Specificexperience selling medical diagnostic ultrasound strong preference
Imagingand highly transactional sales experience in medical equipment strong plus
Successwith shorter, high transactional sales cycles a plus
The pay range for this position in the West is $80,000-$100,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
