Broadcast & ENG Maintenance Engineer (NABET) – TEMP

The Broadcast Maintenance Engineer will provide front line broadcast engineering and technical support across several studios, control rooms, and newsroom at the Los Angeles NBC & Telemundo facility. The main duties of this position include supporting all broadcast systems and technology. The station support needs span 7 days a week, and at many times of year a 24x7 schedule. This position is a temporary role that will last two months, with a possibility of extending longer.Essential Responsibilities:Support the local stations by maintaining electronic and digital equipment to support live on-air production, linear broadcast, and streaming requirements.Troubleshoot complex systems, including HD-SDI and 2110 routers, as well as other broadcast & production systems.Perform preventative maintenance on studio & control room equipment and assist with technical setup.
