AP Specialist with Service Titan

Description We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist with experience using Service Titan software to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing all aspects of our accounts payable processes in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage all aspects of the accounts payable process, such as invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management.

Ensure that all invoices are accurate, approved and paid on time.

Use Service Titan to manage and process invoices, bills, and payments.

Diligently record all transactions and maintain accurate records.

Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.

Respond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiries.

Resolve payment or invoice discrepancies and documentation.

Issue stop-payments or purchase order amendments as needed.

Coordinate monthly closing procedures and reconciliations.

Work collaboratively with the finance team to support overall department objectives and goals.

Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

Proven work experience as an AP Specialist.

Proficiency in using Service Titan software is a must.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.

Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning financial and employee files.
