Sonar Spark is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office while contributing to the efficiency and success of our organization.Responsibilities:Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.Assist with calendar management and coordinate appointments for team members.Maintain office supplies and handle procurement processes.Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist in organizing company events.Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
