60 yr. architectural products manufacturer seeking for a full-time self-motivated engineer or equal experience with some construction and administration background. Our range of projects include, Sofi Stadium, airports and transportation facilities, healthcare, institutional, educational, and much more.
Responsibilities:
Processing RFI's, change orders, bulletins, reviewing drawings to fulfill project requirements. Organizing and maintaining project files, quality control, and other special projects as needed. We have large backlog of work and need to fill this position immediately to work with the principals of the company and interacting with contractors.
We are seeking a professional, motivated, reliable, and dependable candidate with a solid background in construction means and methods, ability to read and interpret blue prints and shop drawings, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office programs including Excel, Word, Project and Outlook, experience with Blue Beam Software is a plus
