We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant for AudioVisual company.
Knowledge in AV or IT is a must!
Responsibilities:
Schedule technicians in a field.
Organize the office, including IT things.
Take care of social media (videos, posts).
follow up with vendors.
Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Organize and maintain files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in record-keeping.
Coordinate event planning activities, including logistics, invitations, and follow-ups.
Utilize Outlook Calendar for scheduling and reminders to optimize time management.
Prepare documents using QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
Facilitate electronic signatures through DocuSign for important contracts and agreements.
Provide general administrative support as needed to enhance productivity.
Skills
proficiency in AV and IT scope
social media expert
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar.
Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial management.
Experience with DocuSign for document management is a plus.
Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
