We are commercial Architectural design firm located in Encino and we are currently looking to add another member to our team. Our specialty is restaurants and other food establishments.
We are looking for experienced and organized Architectural Draftsperson to work with our design team on creating and drafting plans that include floor plans, site plans, architectural details and other construction documents required by the City and County. Occasional project site visits and field measurements are also requirement. Candidate must have great communication skills and positive attitude that will allow him/her to work with clients, team members, engineers and plan checkers.
Requirements for Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AutoCAD is a MUST
- Minimum 2 years of experience working at the architectural/design office
- Knowledge of California building codes is a big plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
- Self-motivation
- Reading and understanding architectural and engineering plans is required
- Experience with organizing and maintaining CAD files
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2013+, Zimas, LADBS, Outlook, Microsoft Office and other web based sources.
- Experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design is a big plus.
