Role Description
This is a full-time/Part time, on-site role located in Santa Clarita Office. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, conducting quantity take-offs, cost management, Project Management, Scheduling, and budgeting. The estimator will also collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
Qualifications
Experience in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs- We provide Training in our corporate office!
Proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting
Collecting & Submitting Submittal Packages
Ordering Materials
Providing field staff with all documents needed in the field such as plans
Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work on-site in Santa Clarita Office, is a Must!
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
Experience with construction management software is a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
