We're looking for a Project Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and wants to make an impact on multi-unit residential developments — from planning and permitting through construction and closeout.
What You’ll Do:
Support construction project managers in overseeing multi-family developments.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects moving smoothly.
Track permits, RFIs, submittals, drawing changes, and material orders.
Assist with job site visits, QA/QC inspections, and progress reports.
Help resolve technical and field issues with real-time problem-solving.
Maintain project logs and assist with punch lists and close-out packages.
Collaborate with leasing, development, and operations teams for smooth turnover.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in residential construction or project engineering (multi-family preferred).
Strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and sequencing across trades.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
A self-starter attitude and desire to grow within a dynamic, collaborative team.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with multi-phase, multi-unit developments.
OSHA 30 Certification or LEED accreditation.
EIT, CMIT, or PMP certification.
